From Steel to Stickbaits

Every lure starts in the same shop as our gates and staircases — cut, shaped, and finished by the same hands. We bring our coastal fabrication experience to a new challenge: lures tough enough for roosterfish, dorado, and the rocky shorelines of Baja.

Each design is prototyped, swim-tested, and tuned before it earns the Chilli Boys name. You dream it. We build it — now on a hook.

Chartreuse Red Head

A slim, dense sinking pencil built for long casts and an erratic, wounded-baitfish action. Hand-painted chartreuse with a red head, black speckle, and purple glitter flake under a deep clear coat — finished with 3D eyes and stainless hardware.

The big brother of the pair. A full 14 cm of hand-laid silver foil over a white belly and black back, finished with a red head, 3D eye, and two trebles for fish that strike short. Built for long casts and big water.
